Some artists have peculiar careers and Pamela Hensley is one of them.

Indeed, this actress with classical training (she studied with Lee Strasberg and Jeff Corey) completely disappeared at the end of the show we saw her the most in.

I'm referring to the tv show Matt Houston and her character CJ Parsons.

When the show starts in 1982 on NBC, she already appeared on big screen (Rollerball in 1975), as recurring guest in tv shows (Marcus Welby) but although as guest in acknowledged shows (Buck Rogers in the 25th century, The six million dollars man, Fantasy Island, The love boat or Hotel).
When she show ends at the end of season 3 in 1984, we won't hear from her ever again.

A void of almost twenty years till 2004 where she reappears as a writer of a cookbook (The Jewish-Sicilian Cookbook, which reconciles the jewish origins of her parents with the italians from her husband).
Before that, we discovered her as narrator of audio books (The proud and the free in 1994, Legacies in 1995, Tunnel Vision in 2002) but it went a little unnoticed, especially on this side of the world.

I personnally keep a strong memory of this actress and finding it totally abnormal that no website was dedicated to her, I decided to open this one.
